Filéo, the Demand-Responsive Transport (DRT) service serving the Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport zone and its surroundings, has reached a historic milestone. It successfully completed a complex technical migration to modernize what is considered one of Europe's largest DRT services, providing over 6,000 passenger trips per week, 24/7. This success, operated by Keolis under the authority of Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM), is based on effective tripartite collaboration and the technological solution from Padam Mobility.
Historically, the Filéo service was hampered by the use of two complex and non-uniform internal booking systems. This fragmentation made the passenger experience difficult and the operation cumbersome.
Faced with this obstacle, Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM) initiated a major overhaul. The objective was twofold:
The delicate nature of this project stemmed from the expectations of the stakeholders: travelers, drivers, operator. The migration had to be carried out with great vigilance to ensure the continuity of the essential service.

The success of this technical migration is due to close tripartite collaboration between the Organizing Mobility Authority (IDFM), the Operator (Keolis), and the software provider Padam Mobility.
Padam Mobility's single platform was the central solution for:
Thanks to this modernization, the Filéo service has become more efficient and has enhanced passenger autonomy, while optimizing operations.

The results are striking. The simplification provided by the single application has tripled the number of reservations made via the app. The efficiency of the service has been strengthened by the optimization algorithm, which allows a pooling rate of 95%. Concurrently, passenger commitment has improved, with a spectacular reduction in 'No-Shows*' of -62%.
