"Thanks to on-demand transport services (DRT and Paratransit), new ways of managing and guaranteeing access to a more inclusive and sustainable mobility can be put in place. Means that allow a gradual transition to low-carbon travel, reduce the impact of the private car, improve access to employment and service areas."

The community ofurban area of Haguenau is a territory located in Alsace. The territory already had a network of Demand-Responsive Transport, but wished to remodel its service by setting up different service configurations. To gain flexibility, the territory called upon Padam Mobility to implement its dynamic DRT solution.

The service is composed of 2 sub-services working with several models:

  • The Flexi'Ritmo service, which has semi-virtual lines operating from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and a model in free floating on all the stops in the territory, but only on the 4-6 a.m. and 9-10 p.m. time slots
  • The Flexi'Job service, which operates a feeder model to reach hubs, then a divergent model for return rides
  • A night service called Soir Ritmo from 10:40 p.m. to 12:40 a.m. operating a divergent model to meet various needs.

All these service configurations are managed on the same mobile application.
